AVAILABLE CAPACITY

Pursuant to the Access Policy of Sociedad Portuaria Puerto Nuevo S.A., it is hereby informed that the Effective Loading Capacity for the reasonable mobilization of coal cargo at Puerto Nuevo has been estimated in 25.7 million tons per year approximately.

Due to the Guaranteed Volumes of Puerto Nuevo´s Users, there is an Available Capacity of approximately 1.2 million tons per year for a User willing to export one type of coal of homogeneous characteristics, in the terms of the Access Policy.

However, in the event that the Available Capacity is required by a User willing to export two or more types of coal, or by two or more Users, the Available Capacity will be reduced pursuant to the number of new Users and their coal types.

AVAILABILITY AND DEMAND PROJECTIONS

In furtherance to the execution of investments that will be carried out during 2019 and 2020, it is estimated that by 2021 the Effective Loading Capacity for the reasonable mobilization of coal cargo increases up to 32 million tons per year approximately.
